10. Google Calendar Integration

FacultyPro offers an optional Google Calendar integration to assist HR users in scheduling, updating, and managing candidate interview events.

User Consent & Control: Connecting a Google Account is completely voluntary. FacultyPro accesses Google Calendar strictly after the HR user grants explicit authorization.

Scope of Access: Access is limited strictly to creating, modifying, and deleting interview events within the authenticated HR user's Google Calendar.

Data Security & Retention: Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and used solely to maintain this calendar integration. If a user disconnects their Google Account, deletes their FacultyPro account, or submits a data deletion request, all associated OAuth tokens and Google user data are permanently purged within 30 days.

Privacy Assurance: FacultyPro does not use Google user data for advertising purposes nor share it with third parties.
